Return & Exchange Policy

With EZ JANE’s process for trouble-free returns and exchanges, sending items back is just as easy as ordering. We can accept return or exchange products purchased from EZ JANE online store by delivering them to our office.

Please note: For purchases on the EZ JANE Online shop, we are unable to refund or exchange any SALE items and underwear.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to give refunds or exchanges on any underwear. To return or exchange goods purchased online, please call our Customer Care team at +60146060 109 anytime between 12:00pm to 7:00pm Monday to Saturday or you may email us.

1. Return Eligibility The period of returns acceptable will be within 7 days from the day the order gets dispatched from our warehouse. Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. CLEARANCE or FLASH SALE items are not returnable. Partial return and refund are not applicable for offer items.

2. Exchange Policy The period of exchange acceptable will be within 7 days from the day the order gets dispatched from our warehouse. Exchanged goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. CLEARANCE or FLASH SALE items are not exchangeable. Exchange items should be of same value.

How to Return / Exchange Product?

Method 1

Pack the return product nicely in a clean plastic bag. The delivery man from easy parcel will collect the product from you.
