International Standard Shipping

We’re using our default courier service for local orders. Below are the domestic delivery postage for more information:

Return & Exchange Policy

Kindly contact our customer service staff via Facebook chat or Email between 12pm to 7pm Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) to return or exchange items purchased.

Policy:

All items are returnable/exchangeable within 3 days from your parcel received date.

All return / exchange items should be sent back within 5 working days for local customers(Malaysia) and 10 working days for International customers (non-Malaysia).

We accept the return for all items without any processing fee and hidden charges only if the reason is acceptable (ie. defective or wrong item).

Return items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

Return items that do not fulfill the conditions mentioned above would be rejected.

All rejected returns will be declined and forfeited.

The color of products may differ due to lighting. If you wish to return / exchange due to this reason, you are required to bear the full fee for the return / exchange postage.

How to Return / Exchange Product?

Method 1

Pack the return product nicely in a clean plastic bag. The delivery man from easy parcel will collect the product from you.
